When I learned about the power of consciousness in shaping my career path everything changed
My holistic approach that uniquely blends female leadership, career mentoring, and systemic coaching, is driven by 10+ years of experience as a Product Leader in multinational corporate organizations in the tech and automotive industry. With each twist and turn of my journey, I’ve been trying to harmonize my curious nature to explore the world, my inquisitiveness for the unknown and my belief in performing best when I can simply be myself, with my ambition to succeed in the professional world.
Despite achieving success within corporate realms, I experienced a sense of incompleteness — a longing to unite ambitions with a quest for freedom, contentment, and authenticity.
As enthusiast of self-development, wellbeing and mindful productivity strategies, I´ve realized the importance to harmonize my professional success with a life that is rooted in my values, aspirations, and passions. It’s been quite a journey, in which I’ve learned the power of consciousness in shaping my own career path.

Consciousness affects all three aspects of self-realization that matter to me: Life. Self. Career. Pursuing a conscious career path means for me following a path that is guided by self-awareness, prioritizes what truly matters to me, and aligns with the way I want to live and be, rather than conforming to traditional measures of success. My new definition of success is having the freedom to choose.
With the ability of having a choice, I have the power to shape my life in a way I envision it to be. It allows me to work with amazing, heart-centered individuals from a place on that beautiful planet that energizes and inspires me, doing exactly what I love every day.
